Cancellation Policy You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before the order has been dispatched, whichever is earlier. To cancel, please email us at musafyr@gmail.com with your Order ID.
Returns & Refunds
1. Eligibility We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
2. Damaged or Wrong Products Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
3. Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
